Construction Documents

The extent of the construction documents generated is based on the owner’s requirements and the projected bidding and construction process.  Generally, the following phases are encompassed.

• Schematic Design: Alternative solutions are graphically presented and a budget proposed. 
• Working Drawings: Included are design development, completed drawings, coordination with selected consultants, periodic reviews with the owner, and a more detailed budget review.
• Plan Check and Permit: Architectural drawings and the drawings and calculations of our consultants are completed with the necessary level of detail and information to enable the reviewing agencies to expedite a swift plan check.
