The Gallery Restaurant Announces Ground Breaking

The Galley Restaurant, the oldest restaurant in Santa Monica, CA dating to the early 1930’s, announces ground breaking for mid-June 2010.  R.S. Herman Architects is working with the owner of the restaurant and the design review board to remodel the patio and provide significant accessibility upgrades.

Pacific Truck Equipment Mid-March Ground Breaking

Mid-March ground breaking expected for Pacific Truck Equipment in Whittier, CA.  R.S. Herman Architects completed drawings for the 24,600 square foot industrial manufacturing building which are in plan check with the various departments of the County of Los Angeles.

Construction Commences at Eegee's

Eegee’s in Casa Grande, AZ announces construction commencement for late April 2010.  R.S. Herman Architects (RSHA) is working with an associated design firm for this new 2,900 square foot restaurant.  The architectural drawings are in plan check and RSHA continues to work on clearing the project for the permit which is scheduled to be received by late March.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Expands to N. California

R.S. Herman Architects works with a large franchisee to expand Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf into the Northern California market.  Two new Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf locations may be acquired as early as mid April.

Single Family Housing in Fountain Valley, CA

R.S. Herman Architects starts preliminary phases of laying out various design schemes for a single-family housing tract on 18 acres in the City of Fountain Valley, CA 

Restoration of Rose Garden at Glendale's Fremont Park

Local Architect, and avid gardener, Richard S. Herman, president and owner of R.S. Herman Architects, volunteers to restore Rose Garden at Glendale’s Fremont Park. The Committee for a Clean & Beautiful Glendale & Neighborhood Services partnered with the Los Angeles Tinseltown Rose Society and the Community Services and Parks Department to revilatize the garden. Close to 400 new rose bushes were planted in the neglected garden.

R.S. Herman Architects completes financial feasibility for The Winehouse, a boutique restaurants and large wine and spirits retailer with wine tastings and wine classes in West Los Angeles, CA.  RSHA continues to work with The Winehouse on feasibility studies to acquire the adjacent property to expand the nature of services. 

RSHA Completes Drawings for Wahooz Addition

R.S. Herman Architects completes design and drawings for Wahooz, Meridian, Idaho, a 55,000 square foot addition to an existing family entertainment with go cart tracks and a water park.  RS Herman Architects continues to work with a large team preparing the interior architecture drawings.
